New Training Plan.

We all have a New Years resolution that we convince ourselves that we”ll follow. So get to it!

I plan to follow at new strength, Krav Maga & cardio training routine. This is a complete training, nutritional & supplemental routine I have worked up over the past four years.

Now, I plan on being the trail subject over the the next 12 weeks. I plan on keeping you folks informed on what I’m doing in the gym, what I’m eating & the supplements and vitamins i’m taking.

Most importantly it’s going to be an honest assessment of the results. I plan on keeping all of you informed on my progress. So check back every few day for updates.
